After practicing together for 20 years, Laura and Anne Marie launched their own firm to better serve the legal needs of local families and businesses. The downtown Riverhead firm offers personal, caring and compassionate legal guidance in matters for all generations with respect to estate planning.

Laura I. Dunathan
Laura Dunathan has been practicing law in the areas of tax planning, estate planning and elder law for over 24 years. Her attention to the individual needs of her clients is the hallmark of her practice. She assists families with complex tax planning to very tailored estate planning. She is a well-respected member of her East Moriches community where she lives with her husband and three children. Laura has been an active Rotarian for over 10 years, serves on the board of Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck and enjoys instilling the virtue of helping others by running the interact club in her Middle School.

Anne Marie Goodale
Anne Marie Goodale, with over 26 years of legal experience, provides personal assistance to clients to establish estate plans that are specific to their needs and the administration of estates and trusts, from the simple to the complex; she counsels seniors and their families with Medicaid and long term care planning and asset protection. Anne Marie volunteers her time with the Alzheimer’s Association East End Walk to End Alzheimer as well as local youth sports clubs. Anne Marie resides in Aquebogue with her husband and children on a family operated farm.

Kelly E. Kinirons
Kelly Kinirons focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and estate & trust administration. Prior to joining the firm, she practices at firms in Riverhead, Hauppauge, and Syosset. Ms. Kinirons is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is a member of the New York Bar Association. Ms. Kinirons received her B.A. in Public Justice from the State University of New York College at Oswego. She then went on to receive a graduate level certificate in Paralegal Studies from Hofstra university, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University.
